Enrolment and Fees

FEES for the Spring 2019 Write Theatre Course

The fee for the whole course (i.e. BOTH weekends) is £400.

The fee for attending the first weekend only is £225.

If, after enrolling for the first weekend, at a fee of £225, you then decide to enrol for the second weekend, the additional fee for the second weekend is a further £275 – providing there are places available.

The first weekend will be devoted to workshops, seminars and one-to-one tutorials. Professional actors will NOT be present.

The second weekend is the second part of the course. Professional actors will be present throughout.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENROL FOR THE FIRST WEEKEND ONLY OR FOR THE WHOLE COURSE, BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ENROL FOR THE SECOND WEEKEND ONLY.

WRITE Theatre courses are NOT residential, and the fees do NOT include food or drinks (which are available at The Cockpit bar and at cafés, pubs and restaurants in the lively local neighbourhood).

Please send us three short paragraphs about yourself. In the first, please tell us a little about you.  In the second, give a brief account of your writing experience to date. In the third, please state what specifically you hope to gain from the course. This information will help us fine tune our planning.

An initial £50 deposit is required to secure the booking.

IMPORTANT:   Please do NOT pay your deposit before contacting us by email to check that we still have places available on the course.

The £50 deposit should be paid by Paypal using the Paypal Buy Now button below. We will then send you a receipt and a recommended reading list.  We will send an invoice for the balance which is due a month before the first weekend of the course.

In paying the deposit you accept the following terms:
Deposits are non-refundable.
If the participant cancels after full payment, that payment minus the deposit is normally only refundable if there is a replacement participant for the course, and then any such refund is subject to a 5% service charge. Alternatively, at the discretion of Write Theatre, it may be possible to transfer the payment to a subsequent course, for which there will be no extra charge. 
In the very unlikely event of a course being cancelled, all payments will be refunded in full.
